Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two reliable shipping methods to get your gear where it needs to go:

- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Includes tracking
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. If you’re unsure about delivery to your area, please contact us before ordering.
Returns & Exchanges
While we carefully select every item in our collection, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is needed. Here’s our straightforward policy:
Return Policy Basics
- You may return most unused items in original condition within 15 days of delivery
- Original packaging and all tags must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- All flies (including bass flies, dry flies, mayfly nymphs, midges, and all other fly categories)
- Used or damaged equipment
- Custom or special order items
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return your fishing gear:
- Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for Approval – We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
- Package Your Item securely in the original packaging
- Ship Your Return to our Portland address (provided with your RMA) using a trackable shipping service
Return Shipping Tip: We recommend using DHL or FedEx for faster returns (typically 3-5 business days to our Portland location). Always get a tracking number – we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
Exchange Process
Want to exchange for a different rod, reel, or fishing outfit?
- Follow the same return process above
- Include a note specifying the replacement item you’d like
- We’ll process your exchange once the return is received
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Damaged or Defective Items
If your fishing gear arrives damaged or defective:

- Include photos of the damage and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs
