Whizzler Tarpon Fly

At approximately 4″ in length and tied on a big game hook, this fly offers the classic thin nose profile common on most shallow water Tarpon flies.  It is lightly weighted for fish cruising mid column and pairs up nicely with an intermediate sinking line. 

The hook is stout, and out of many patterns we have used and tried this one seems to keep fish ON.  Tarpon come unhooked so easy, but on this fly they tend to stay pinned while many flies and hooks get thrown on the first jump.
